Hey guys! So I promised to share pictures from the beach party we went to on Saturday.
The struggle was real getting there tho but it was worth it.
We left pretty early. We got there before 9am. The cruise there was not bad coming from someone that’s just terrified of anything in Nigeria that can potentially lead to a situation where emergency services are required. We got lost on the way there tho until we met up with the other ferries and they finally figured it out.
Getting to the location, I was pleasantly surprised then I was disappointed because the beach house had a fence so high you cant even see the beach from the house. What’s the point then? I thought.
But I eventually understood why they did that though. There are a bunch of locals living around the house so I guess they were sorta protecting it?
Anyway, too much story. Just take a look at the pictures. I was so excited to go to the beach ( I mentioned in a post on Instagram how I’d not been to the beach in over a year and if you know me, you’d find that shocking! )
